How long will it take to receive goods?     top

Providing the items are in stock, goods will be despatched within 2 working days after receiving cleared payment.  If the items are out of stock, delivery can take up to 14 days, but Eco Kidz will keep you informed, if this is the case.

Can I collect my goods?     top
Yes, if this is easier for you and you don't want to incur delivery charges.  Please order Online and simply select 'Local Pick Up' in the delivery option or you can email 'sales@eco-kidz.co.uk'

Do you ship abroad?     top
Yes, we can ship abroad to most places.  Postage costs will be calculated depending on the weight and type of products you wish to send and the destination.  Please email us at 'info@eco-kidz.co.uk' or call us on 0118 984 1688 for more details.

How are my goods sent?     top
Most goods are sent via 1st Class Recorded delivery or if it is a heavy item, it may be sent as a Standard Parcel, within 2 days after receiving cleared payment.  If you would like an alternative delivery method, please email info@eco-kidz.co.uk.  Alternative delivery methods can incur further delivery charges.

Why are the postage charges sometimes higher than usual?     top

Our postage calculation problems seem to have been resolved now. 

 

However, if you do experience an unusually high postage calculation but still wish to place an order, please call us on 0118 984 1688 or email us at 'info@eco-kidz.co.uk' and we will advise whether there is a problem with the calculation and if so, we will give you an accurate calculation for postage and packing costs.  We can accept payments over the phone, so there will be no delay in your order being despatched.

If payment has already been made, we will be able to refund the appropriate amount where necessary.
